The STANDARD Plan

• Weekly visits
• Vacuum
• Add sanitizer and pH adjuster
• Balance pool chemistry and record readings
• Empty pump and skimmer baskets
• Brush walls and at water line
• Net the surface
• Backwash filter and add media as pressure dictates (DE filters only)
• Monitor equipment
• Annual detailed walk-thru

The PREMIUM Plan

Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus:

• Conditioner (stabilizer)
• Algaecides and other specialty chemicals as needed
• Salt, if applicable
• Priority repair service
• Filter cleanings
• Salt cell cleanings
• Gauge and air relief valve replacements
• Replacement baskets (pump and skimmer) and o-rings
• Replacement skimmer weir blades and lids
• Chlorinator parts, cleaner wear parts, and more
